- The Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank toward the Second Serbia Health Project's cos It intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of works for Institute of Forensic Medicine "Milovan Milovanovic" in Belgrade.
- The Project Coordination Unit, on behalf of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia, now invites quotations from eligible Bidders for the the contract for Procurement of works for Institute of Forensic Medicine "Milovan Milovanovic" in Belgrade.
- Bidding will be conducted through open national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers", July 2016, Revised November 2017 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Coordination Unit, Ms. Žana Cvetković, Procurement specialist, Email: office_pcu@zdravlje.gov.rs and inspect the procurement document during office hours: 09.00 to 14.00, at the address given below.
The Bidders shall provide a statement confirming that they either possess or will obtain promptly if they are awarded the contract (and before the works contract signing), any permits, authorization/licenses, or approval required by the Republic of Serbia Law on Planning and Construction and its bylaws for performing design and construction works on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. In the case of Joint Venture (JV), any member of JV shall be authorized as above.
The design services can be assign to the sub-contractor who must possess relevant permits, authorization/licenses, or approval required by the Republic of Serbia Law on Planning and Construction and its bylaws for performing design services on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Bidder must provide the following information in his quotation the company’s charter(s) and registration (incorporation) documents. The documents presented as proof cannot be older than four (4) months before the deadline for submission of bids; In the case of Joint Venture (JV), any member of JV shall submit appropriate documents requested under this clause.
- The English procurement document will be provided to interested bidders upon submitting a written application to the address below, free of charge. The document will be sent as a non-editable pdf attachment to an email.
- Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before 14.00 hours CET, on 19 August 2021. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Quotations will be rejected. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the Purchasers' designated representatives at the address below on 14.15 hours CET, on 19 August 2021.
- Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
