- The Republic of Serbia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Serbia Emergency COVID-19 Response Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of protective uniforms and footwear for the employees of the Institute of Emergency Medicine Belgrade.
- The Project Coordination Unit on behalf of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of
LOT 1:
- 805 winter uniforms (jacket and trousers)
- 805 summer uniforms (trousers, polo shirt and o-neck shirt)
- 805 protective vests (complement to the summer uniform)
LOT 2
- 820 pairs of winter footwear
to be delivered to Institute of Emergency Medicine Belgrade, delivery period 26 weeks.
- Bidding will be conducted through open, national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018. (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
This bidding process is conducted on a lot basis. Bidders may bid for one or both lots as defined in the bidding documents. Bid for each lot should be complete. Partial or incomplete bid will be rejected. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided that the discounts are included in the form of bidder’s Bid or submitted in writing before the deadline for bid submission.
- All bids and offers for discounts shall be opened and evaluated simultaneously to determine the lowest evaluated combination of bids (including discounts) for the Purchaser. The contract will be awarded to bidder with the Most Advantageous Bid for each lot.
- Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Coordination Unit, Ms. Žana Cvetković, Procurement specialist, E-mail: office_pcu@zdravlje.gov.rs and inspect the bidding document during office hours: 09.00 to 14.00 at the address given below.
- The bidding document in English is available to interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by email.
Note: The PCU shall not be responsible for the contents of the bidding documents (RFQ) obtained from any source other than the PCU. The securing of RFQ directly from the PCU is not a precondition for bid submission. The Bidder submits a bid without obtaining RFQ directly from the PCU at his own risk.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 11, 2022 until 14 h CET or to be submitted in the form attached at Annex 2 of RFQ and by email. Bids submitted as email attachments shall be in the form of scanned non-editable images or non-editable PDF file. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Purchasers’ designated representatives on March 15, 2022 at 14.15 h CET.
