On that occasion, it was pointed out, in a cordial discussion, that cooperation and exchange of good practice examples from the health sector is in the common interest of the two countries. It was especially highlighted that the exchange of experiences and knowledge acquired in diagnosing and treating breast cancer between experts from Sweden and Serbia can considerably reduce the mortality of women from this vicious disease.
Therefore, it was with particular pleasure that Minister Lončar accepted the patronage and participation in the Serbia and Sweden Health Academy", a professional conference on breast cancer control and prevention methods, which will be held in Belgrade on 6 November.
