Minister Lončar talks with Dr. Shyam Bishen from the World Economic Forum

Minister Lončar and Dr. Bishen talked about modalities for cooperation in the sphere of biotechnology, vaccine production and AI application in Serbia’s healthcare, and special emphasis was given to further activities in the field of digitization of National Health System.

On this occasion, Minister Lončar stressed that the development of new technologies and their application in healthcare can significantly contribute to the improvement of public health in Serbia and enable citizens’ faster access to quality healthcare services.

Dr. Bishen emphasized Serbia's remarkable progress in the digitization of healthcare and invited Minister Lončar to take part in the global conference on digitization of healthcare systems that will be organized in New York this autumn.
